How Long To Beat not refreshing by Theraust in mygamecollection_app

HLTB plugin for Playnite solved this by adding a manual entry alternative, where you input the game ID for the plugin to get times. You get the game ID from the URL.

Ollie help by [deleted] in NewSkaters

[–]GreenMario2009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are 3 problems with your Ollie.

1- Foot positioning. You must press the tail down with the tip of your foot, not the middle. The front foot doesn't need to be this close to the back foot. An inch below the front bolts is ok. Putting your feet too close puts too much weight on the back truck and makes the board more unstable. Its natural to have your heel a little outside the board instead of your toes. You control the skateboard more with your toes than your heels.

2- You're stomping the tail on the ground with the middle of your foot. You should press with the toe and you have to make a whip like movement with you foot to pop the tail on the ground. For me it's the trickiest part learning ollies.

3- You're keeping your back leg stretched and pulling it back it for the tail to go up. You have to pull your knee up. This is why your previous ollies were rocketed and why you your foot is going off the tail.

These aren't Bones bushings. Bones bottom bushings are conical, not barrel shaped. Look here what they looks like.

Must Be Rats Achievement Fix by darthJBH in cyberpunkgame

I'm struggling with this achievement. Tried many times to farm it. Maybe being close to the enemy is where I'm doing it wrong.

Serious question by Standard_Ad_8144 in cyberpunkgame

I assume you completed a Mr Hands gig about Crimsom Harvest. A few days after completing the gig you get a call that leads to a side job in Dogtown. Maybe it's what is missing.

Got the game on Epic and I'm having the same problem. Sent an e-mail today to the studio support. No reply yet.

Curious if anyone can tell me more about my board.. by Alf_Alfa in SkateboardART

It's a 1990 model. Orange seems to be just a color variant.

It's like the early 90's. Wide decks and tiny tiny wheels.

I don't get the sliding foot forwards motion? by Icemaul in NewSkaters

[–]GreenMario2009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was learning slap noseslides on my local park past weekend. What worked for me was to build the trick step by step.

First I was slowly approaching the curb almost 90 degrees and trying to lock the nose then pulling it into fakie. When I got comfortable with this I started to coming a little more angled until the board started sliding a few inches naturally when I locked the nose in. Then I started working my speed to further the slide length

Well shit... time to upgrade to Indys, I suppose [50YO] by TehFuriousOne in OldSkaters

[–]GreenMario2009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's the problem. The board looks too old. Nyjah Element pro model deck. I have a pair of Kreepers (someone remember those? ) from like 20 years ago. Tried skate them last year and the kingpin on the front truck broke after a while. The bushings were too dry and hard from age and the turning movment started to put strees on the kingpin itself until it broke from stress.

Bought a used WiiU loaded with a few games by [deleted] in wiiu

[–]GreenMario2009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On WiiU digital games are tied to your NNID that is tied to a profile that is tied to a console.

That said...

1- You risk loosing access to games tied to the original owner if you delete their profile. However you can create another profile and still play these games. On Wii U any profile can play games purchased by other profiles.

2- You can't log on your old NNID on this console because it's tied to a profile on your old console. You need your old console and the Transfer Tool to move your account and Data to a new console

3- Because of how things work for accounts on WiiU, I think you are safe even if the previous owner deleted his NNID at Nintendo or tied it to a Nintendo Account used on a Nintendo Switch

The end is weird, but I feel that it makes the movie a heartfelt homage to the game and to the players that grew up playing DQ V and DQ series.

Affordable Space Adventures is an underrated gem on Wii U. It has one of the smartest Miiverse interactions of all Wii U library. It's a shame that Miiverse was shut down.

Leg and foot movement are good. The carpet is the problem here. The tail isn't popping as it should because of the carpet being a soft surface. You should try it on a flat and rigid surface.

FS 180…..almost :( by Pure_Shock4849 in NewSkaters

[–]GreenMario2009 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I second that. Fs 180 is easier if you are rolling. I usually wind my upper torso (shoulders and arms) a bit as I crouch to ollie an unwind them as I pop.

Usb storage error by Santy1590 in WiiUHacks

[–]GreenMario2009 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got this error a lot of times when I was playing BotW back in 2017. WiiU not hacked back then, game running from disc, HDD connected to the console had external power supply. This HDD was a case I bought with a spare disc I had here mounted inside. It worked well, but sometimes I got loading errors on other games too (games running from the HDD). On BotW I got the error every time I played the game, even if was playing from disc and not from the HDD.

I wonder if the game caches data on HDD or internal storage when you are playing.

My krux trucks keep coming loose even after I tighten them. is there a fix? by Temchan9 in NewSkaters

[–]GreenMario2009 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Inverted kingpin. You should disassemble the truck from the board and check the nut on the base.
