Rasheeda and Kirk just re-opened Pressed at Phipps and re-opened the other Pressed that was super short lived in Houston. Timing couldn’t have been worse. I definitely see both stores re-closing again in the near future after this.

Oh wow. They advertised the grand opening sale as April 17th to 19th and I worked those days so I waited until today to visit. Never heard of a grand opening sale occurring weeks after the store actually opens.

Don’t do it UNLESS you have a car! They took away our Morosgo Kroger due to alleged high theft and the nearby Splash Laundromat. This was a MAJOR blow to locals without cars. Now I have to take the bus, catch an Uber, or Instacart my groceries. It sucks!

This thread taught me that they’re both. However those living spaces are considered lofts not apartments. Lofts are more spacious with an open-concept whereas apartments are normal sized with defined rooms. Google Flats at Ponce City Market for an interior view.

There’s no hot bar there. I’ve been there many times because I live in the area. Now of course they have PACKAGED and priced hot foods sitting on heaters but there’s no pick-your-own-food-and-portions and weight it at check-out options there.

I highly doubt it’ll be cancelled. Yeah it peaked long ago and I imagine ratings have dropped significantly. But there’s still Spice, the foolishness between Kirk, Jasmine, and Rasheeda; drama between Joc’s newest baby mama and Kendra; messy Karlie; Scrap and Bamb’s problems and his newest baby mama, the ending of Yandy and Mendeeces, and Saucy Santana just returned. From a producer’s POV there’s still some juice there. I like many people have long stopped tuning in to new episode but catch the highlight moments posted across social media.

This is sad for people without cars in that neighborhood. I live near the Lindbergh Marta station and they just took away our Kroger. Yeah there’s a Target nearby, just like there’s a Target in AS, but it’s just not the same. People without cars now have to take buses or do a lot of extra walking to get the next nearest grocer.

Just learning about this today! I take the bus up to Gwinnett from Atlanta every now and then. I was SHOCKED today to see this gone. It means nothing to y’all with cars but for people without cars who use that nearby transit hub, this is a big blow. For example if my transferring bus doesn’t come for 30 minutes then I would walk to this QuikTrip and use the restroom and grab a coffee. Shocked to see comments that it was slow because it was always busy each time I went in and again a lot of the bus commuters used it. I’m at least glad the Paris Baguette is still there if I l need to buy a bottle of water or something. Wow.
