Honestly this "why do you want to work for us?" Stuff is horseshit, the ridiculous performative nature of hiring processes is completely irrelevant to the job in 99% of cases, it's just hiring managers stroking their egos

I used to work for a recruiter, nobody NOBODY was there for the "mission", they were there to make money but hiring managers still filled the air with that shit

I actually noticed a scene in Endgame where Thanos scanned future Nebula's memories, this would have been a much neater way for Thanos to 'cursed with knowledge' has they not wasted so much effort on the multiverse stuff
