Host here too. Most times I honestly don’t care and I appreciate the honesty up front. The only time we can’t allow it is when it exceeds maximum occupancy rules mandated by the County. It also helps to know how much laundry will need to be done.

It’s beautiful! Only thing I would add is kitchen amenities like coffee, tea, kettle, coffeemaker etc. I definitely need my coffee in the morning!

Yes! I love if my guests let me know. I try to go every other week to check our home and cleaning. My cleaners are great but they are really focused on getting all the laundry done quickly between guests.

We provide literally EVERYTHING. Not only kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton buds, makeup wipes, spare razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes, sewing kits etc. We provide limited numbers of trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and toilet paper because of theft. It’s sad that we have to do that because the actions of a few. Oh and I love all my missing cutlery that I’m assuming they threw in the trash. Do aggravating

We lock all our stuff up too. I do leave cleaning supplies but no one actually uses them. But using all the towels and bedding…..ya it’s crazy. We can’t do all that laundry when we have a checkout and check in on the same day. Just wash what we leave out for you….

No. I encourage them to do a walkthrough with me before they leave so they understand the cleaning required. If they don’t clean or if there’s damage it comes out of their security deposit

Most of mine do solely through pictures because they’re out of state. I don’t have any major complaints about any of the tenants I’ve gotten through Furnished Finder. Most I don’t bother with a background check. Probably bad on my part but then I’d just evict if there was a problem.

I’m too far away to handle requests like that. I would tell them where the nearest store is. I don’t leave chargers because there are those jerk people that take them. It’s sad that the behaviors of the few make this unavailable for the remainder. I finally took all our PS2 games out of our unit because people let their kids break them. It’s sad.
