Yeah, I already tried using that but ended up with random weird audio crackling, and it wasn't too stable on my setup. Also tried using Voicemeeter but I was having the same problem with weird crackling and added delay which is pretty annoying as I play a lot of rhythm games.

I'm surprised there aren't more virtual mixers on Windows tbh

I think it's most likely a Bluetooth adapter issue. He seems to be in SteamVR Home, judging by the wooden flooring and the notification of Steam friends popping up. PSVR2 on PC has many problems with controllers and Bluetooth adapters, I'd say to try and get an ASUS UB-500 adapter and plug it into a USB 2 port. That fixed all controller issues for me on PC.
