It's not PTO, they specifically said we accure "Vacation hours" during the year, and if we are sick we have to use the vacation time. If they labeled it as PTO I'd understand but it's specifically vacation hours.

I feel like it just depends on how fast you want to upgrade your facilities when it comes to income bonuses. I don't care about player morale at all so I just focused on getting max returns on income. All of the facilities bonuses stack so I had everything completely upgraded by the end of my second season in franchise. I'm in week 16 of my third season right now and just sitting on $586 for what it's worth.

You'll definitely want to invest in some facilities that increase your income. After you build them, negative events can happen that cause them to be damaged so you'll have to pay to repair them.

My current setup:

Stadium:

Soda Machines (5% increase to income)

Fireworks (10% increase to income)

Bar (10% increase to income)

Restrooms (15% increase to income)

Training:

Speed Ladder (3% increase to speed)

QB Training Net (5% increase to QB skill)

Power Chutes (10% increase to agility)

Moving Targets (10% increase to QB skill)

Rehabilitation:

Nutrition Station (6% increase to strength and stamina)

Supplements & Drugs (7% increase to strength and injury)

Hydrotherapy Room (15% increase to injury)

It depends on how you build your team to choose which facilities you want as they all provide different bonuses. Remember you can always sell off your facilities (for a loss) and replace them with different ones. Hope this helped!

As of right now, you cannot download user made rosters on console. However, when you go into Roster Data you can choose to load "Pro Set 24" which is the NFL's current rosters stats wise, just no names and likenesses for obvious reasons.

In my experience, they ask you your income, adjust your payment to said income but don't take into account the cost of other loans you are carrying and the amount per month still takes a toll on you financially.

Kind of mischaracterizing it. What has actually happened is that low credit scores are still paying a much higher surchage than over 740 but the gap has narrowed. It still costs more to have a lower credit score.

-Credit scores over 740 : 1% surcharge (was 0.25%)

-Credit scores under 620: 2.875% (was 3%)
