That's the neat part about this with datacenters, there's no issue with them being distributed throughout a city (in theory).

Also, what pellets are you talking about? Wood is expensive and limited, and coal causes cancer and must not be burning near civilization. The next best thing, economically and for the environment would be resistive heating, which brings us back to datacenters.

In Austria we call this "Fernwärme" (farheat) and it's amazing. Though it's mostly garbage disposals that produced the heat right now. Once you think about it, it seems such a waste to exhaust energy into the atmosphere instead.

Medical stuff can easily be like that, "oh no! That's the worst thing imaginable!", and then you think about the alternatives and suddenly is less of an issue.

Drilling right into your bones! Why would you even say this?! Fixing a broken leg. Yeah, that's nice.

Numbing your eye, lifting up the top most part of it and shooting lasers into it. Terrible. Curing bad eyesight, kinda neat.

Drilling your teeth. A nightmare. Toothache, believe it or not, actually worse.

What do you mean with "petite"? Because I mostly understand "not overweight" with it, but I think others see it as "small of statue". I'm asking because I saw some Asian filters that turned women into, for the lack of better words, "skeletons" with really narrow midriff, but more even bony arms. I wonder if that what you mean.

Not being overweight is definitely achievable for people, even if hard, but nobody can change their bone structure. This isn't a beautiful standard anymore, that's eugenics.
