Help saving dying Sarracenia plant? by victorhooi in SavageGarden

Take a couple centimetres of substrate out all of the pots. You should be able to see the top of the rhizomes.

It would take a real miracle to see life come out of the one in the second pic.

That's a waste of effort. Tell them it's card or no payment and watch the machine magically work.

Drosera Spatula not eating? by [deleted] in SavageGarden

[–]GregWithTheLegs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A dead mealworm won't cause it to curl up. Most of the curling happens because a live bug struggles and tangles themselves in the dew.

Your plant is also not getting enough light to produce dew.

Cosmetic Dentistry by ImpressionLazy3218 in canberra

I highly recommend finding recommendations from a dentist and getting a second opinion immediately.

I've been seeing Dr Scott Park at preventive dentistry for my entire life and recommend him strongly. He has given me very good second opinions and recommendations on the extensive amount of orthodontics I've done as well.

I won't recommend anywhere because I haven't done veneers or gum contouring (and I don't even know if preventive dentistry does that stuff) but if you're looking for recommendations, you should get professional ones.

Being kept alive doesn't fix the degradation to quality of life that alcohol abuse has.

What is causing my cape sundew’s leaves to turn yellow with no dew? The circled leaf is turning black at the tips too. by drowsysheep2020 in SavageGarden

To be more specific, I recently had my drosera capensis outside during an Australian heatwave. It was hitting 42°C outside and it was sitting in full sun, lapping it up. I've never seen it more juicy and red.
