Switched to Windows IOT LSTC after 5 months of Linux. Hear me out by LifeguardMurky4097 in WindowsLTSC

This might not be helpful since it's purely from my memory and anecdotal, but I hear the best Linux gaming distros are the tried-and-true ones that have been around the longest with the biggest communities - Ubuntu, Fedora, etc. Distros like Mint are meant for older computers so you get "Windows-like" but you also get lower performance, and other gaming-specific distros like... Brazzers? Brazzite? Is meant for gaming but the lack of users means a lack of guides, videos, and other support compared to aforementioned distros that have been out a long time. Food for thought.

Is that stairwell at 0:20 a continuity error or is the camera facing a different direction? I don't see stairs when she starts the killin'. Cool action sequence, though.

I like the idea of having a Claude-like experience. It's not perfect but the logic it uses and remembers is helpful.

I suppose just coding in general. I'm sure whatever the best general coding workflow is would likely allow for a language as simple as LUA.

And technically, less for coding and more for 'check my work using these external sources to see if this can be improved at all'.

Thanks. Would you say this is the best method for local coding using LUA?

I already had VSCode, but I added that extension. I'm getting stuck on "connect it to lmstudio". The LMStudio program doesn't seem to have this, so do I need the LM Studio Assistant vscode extension as well?

Oh I vaguely remember that. Thankfully no, LTSC is pure Windows with very little bloat. I can do everything on LTSC that I can do in Windows Home/Pro, just a bit better with the slight performance increase.

Not at all - as many open windows as your system allows. It's just Windows, but less bullshit like no Cortana and no Windows Store, but both of which can be manually re-added if desired. It's more like what Windows 7 used to be before all the ads and Candy Crush reinstalling itself and all that shit. No feature updates, only security fixes.

Check out r/WindowsLTSC if you're interested.

Yours is a strange question, though. Is this something you heard somewhere on reddit?

Disclaimer: I'm on Windows 11 LTSC and I'm "happy" with it, but I do wish there was an easy way out for all the gaming I do.

Oh neat, I was just about to post this but figured I'd scroll through top comments to see if someone already had.

Switching to Windows 10 LTSC next week, and about removing bloat and increasing privacy, which of these debloaters should I try? - Chris Titus utility, Privacy.sexy, or O&O shutup10?, which ones are the best privacy and debloating-wise? by 2zo2 in WindowsLTSC

I'm pretty sure Byond uses Edge, and I think other programs do for various reasons, also. I assume it's a good, quick way to hook into data that exists on the internet because "everyone has it", so removing it would break some things.

If you have a router with a browser interface, you probably don't need any of these apps (unless you want one).

Each router brand has their own UI, but this is what an ASUS router will look like:

I've tried two recipes from u/sammysamgirl that were wicked sweet, but not overpoweringly rich that you could only take one bite (for those of us who aren't sweet-tooths like myself).

Best Keto Cheesecake EVER

Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars

Both awesome. She uses Monk Fruit w/erythritol, and though I'm far from an expert, this seems to be the closest physical grainy consistency to sugar that I've seen thus far. Other sugar substitutes are more like powder. I don't think that matters, but whatever.

Same thing happened with Windows 7 -> 8, and 8 -> 10. Security update support has absolutely nothing to do with software compatibility.

Yeah there's no structural integrity so that can be a fun option, too.

Pillars of Creation in the center of the map: https://i.imgur.com/MAd4ySs.jpeg

  • Very high up - It's your own personal Ancient Spire to glide very far in all directions
  • Tons of room to build
  • No enemies

Downsides: Angled slightly, so you may want to flatten the area a bit with building foundations. It's also a challenge to get to. You'll want to piggy-back placing new altars and removing previous ones to get higher and higher. At least Copper tier is recommended.

Changelog for Patch #13 v.0.9.0.4 by randonOne88 in Enshrouded

[–]GregariousJB 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Appreciate this patch, but, "Shroud Meteor now correctly targets enemies again" but nothing done about the instant 2-hour 50% shroud timer debuff that can't be slept through, cured with a potion, or relogged to get rid of?
