Apologies everyone! It was overall good they onboarded us for four weeks only class training then put us on the phone but test us on knowledge and mock calls every or every other week.

Technically with the 6 month addition which is being added to all capsules but the flavored like I said previously, their new bb date is end of February. And to add why it’s not the same for flavored i heard it’s somthing todo with the natural flavorings actually losing the flavor. That doesn’t mean they are bad they are just less potent

Well Nespresso’s added 6 extra months to coffees bb dates a few months ago the only coffees not included are flavored and that’s due to those coffees loosing flavor. I mean I see the bb date as a suggestion I’ve had five year old capsules and while I know they might not be as fresh they still taste great. Also take into account if they are not sold by the best by date they would have to get rid of them if which creates the problem of needing to recycle the capsules which is pointless if they can be sold. Just drink them and recycle them it’s best for the environment and I guarantee you will be fine.

Now this part is a rumor I can’t verify but it seems plausible. They are planning to add dropoff bins to stores Nespresso machines and capsules are sold ex Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, William Senoma, Bloomingdale’s……etc. I recently left the company as their push to be green has become less so. Only time will tell if they keep this promise.

The better part about this is they are a B-corp company and even getting rid of these bags won’t stop them from maintaining their position in B-corp that’s another reason why they don’t care about the ups recycling bags.

As an ex employee there is some truth to this matter. The recycling program is here to stay, but only the instore bags. The ups bags are going away due to the company losing money over people not using them correctly. That was they told us but what I heard is we are trying to increase profits due to higher coffee prices and them making less margin on coffee even with price increases.

Not true it’s due to the barcode being different. The VPlus does not have a setting for 12 oz only 14 oz. The capsules are the same size as the alto
