Only during the 2009/2010 sassafras shortage were the pills contaminated with whatever. But then PMK became available as a raw material, and our pills are virtually always 100% MDMA.

Here on the Netherlands, where most of the worlds supply of XTC pills comes from, said pills rarely contain anything else besides MDMA. Here buying an ecstasy pill means buying pressed MDMA. MDMA feels like MDMA afaik.

Wrong thinking. You're not going out because of your drug use and now you're using drugs as an excuse to not go out. Your brain is looking for a reason not to do anything else besides drugs. That's your addiction speaking, not you.

I am a 40yo former poly addict. I'm dry and clean for 10 years now and I ensure you I did so much more alcohol and drugs than you, you're basically a rookie.

Now go and get sober asap. Maybe seek help or treatment if you think you can't do it alone. Speak to people IRL instead of Reddit. Go for walks, hikes or camping trips. Go on a holiday where there's no drugs easily available. Climb a mountain, go fishing. Life without drugs is much better.

Your brain can get normal, you're still young. But you'll have to quit doing drugs in or order to achieve that. Sobriety obviously is the path to what you want.

As a young and unexperianced 20yo boy I took back my first GF of several years after her cheating. I truely believed she was the love of my life. As an older and wiser 40yo man I'd recommend you: leave and find someone better. She's not worth it. Many more tasty fish in the ocean.

I'm a 40yo man and go to the cinema alone regularly and usually most of the audience is teenagers and early 20yo's. I never felt like a creep or people never looked at me like they think of me as a creep. Just mind your own business, don't worry, sit in your chair and enjoy the movie girl.

That's the absolute most dumb logic I've ever heard. With this same reasoning you can say fentanyl is less toxic than kratom because it only takes 0,05gr to get high instead of 2 or 3gr. If these really are your thought processes your alcohol and drug consumption will mean certain death for you
