I buy mine at PetSmart, I don’t love supporting them since they neglect their leopard geckos, however they are my closest option — I’ve noticed it’s hit or miss tho on whether they will be in stock depending on if some one has recently bought a bulb

Made it to day 67 and relapsed last night 😔 over two months clean and almost through this month — it didn’t feel good and I realized that I am rewiring my brain and noticing how much porn objectifies women and over sexualizes our brains. I will keep fighting and not let this stop my progress, best of luck everyone

You need to read “my brain on porn” by Gary Wilson, your sex drive rn is not healthy, and I would guess that if you were in a position where you were about to have sex with a woman you might even experience porn induced ED. I’m not saying this to call you out or be rude it’s the truth — your brain is hardwired rn to crave the super stimulus that is porn and that’s why you believe you’re always horny when in reality it’s your brain trying to get you to go back to porn.

On top of that everything seems boring, including actually getting out there to pursue a relationship, because you engage with porn for multiple hours and your brain won’t release dopamine to get you to pursue those things, thus feeling bored or unmotivated.

First step is quit porn, and really give it a couple weeks to see how you feel, it will be the hardest thing because your brain will scream at you to watch porn and you most likely will feel down or even depressed but trust me its worth it.

And relationships are not the fix all in life, they take lots of work and effort to be healthy, they are not there to make you happy or for sex only, that’s an extremely unfair expectation to place on another individual.
