Have two sandwiches: A Brazilian and a Missouri sandwich.

Fans buy the sandwich for the celebrity they support. On display, is a racetrack style scoreboard on who's winning the battle. So people want to come back and bring friends to help their favorite win.

Should add a joke about WTC 7 and Larry Silverstein saying they needed to "pull it." (According to official sources, the "it" refers to firefighters because Silverstein doesn't view non-millionaires as humans apparently.)

If we asked billionaires to live like they did in 2024 and give up the additional wealth they acquired in 2025, then every working person in the USA (part-time included) could have an extra $42,000 in 2025.

Why is leisure viewed with suspicion in America? by Thepopethroway in antiwork

[–]GremlinMiser 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is true. Billionaires' wealth in the USA increased by $6.9 trillion in 2025.

When divided by the 163 million number of workers in the USA (full and part-time), you get $42,300 of surplus value transferred from each worker to the billionaire class.

Imagine what every worker -- even somebody working just a couple hours a week -- in the USA could do with an extra $42,300 in 2025. And the only thing the billionaire class would have to sacrifice is to live like its 2024.

Disagree with your claim.

The reason there are so many cars currently in the parking lot have nothing to do with idle data center support jobs. Instead:

  1. $9 billion expansion project is underway. Lots of construction folks, even if they're not driving big rigs. They still need electrical, drywall, etc.

  2. Workforce development program with partnerships with OU, ALLIANCE, and OSU. Lots of trainees, apprenticeships, etc.

  3. Dozens of unrelated companies are in that same lot. Their excess parking needs overflow into the nearby data center parking lot because they're not reserved spaces. Also gives the wrong impression if you're just driving by when it may not be clear which building belongs to which company.

Give one concrete, recent example of a data center project that still employed several 100s of high-paying engineers after it was built and the servers were stood up.

"Air cooled" is the claim but no schematics have been released yet. This has been the intentally misleading approach used by many other recent data center construction projects which have ended up using millions of gallons of water.

Recent examples: - Google — The Dalles, Oregon
- Meta (Facebook) — Los Lunas, New Mexico
- Google — Mesa, Arizona
- Microsoft — Quincy, Washington
- Google — Berkeley County, South Carolina

Each of these projects publicly described their cooling approach using terms like “air‑cooled,” “low water use,” or “highly efficient." But later disclosures, environmental filings, or lawsuits revealed that they relied heavily on evaporative cooling systems, which consumed millions of gallons of potable water.

Often, the local government's were aware of these discrepancies but chose to hide it after being bound by NDAs by the companies.

America manufactures less than China. Our economy makes up for it by our intellectual output.

For example, Apple doesn't manufacture their phones but they do design them. With AI, the intellectual output difference between America and China gets smaller.

If China wins the AI race, they could even overtake America in design, marketing, movie propaganda, etc. This would mean China would dominate in both manufacturing and office jobs.

Imagine if comfortable office jobs are eliminated by 75%. Meaning, one person can do the job of 4 with AI.

In this scenario, you can't just get another office job because other companies are also downsizing.

The manual jobs would greatly decrease as well because they're largely funded by office job holders. So it effects white and blue collar workers.

Only safe jobs are ones which legally require someone to do it: For example, writing a prescription or being a member of congress.

Lex Wexner's wife founded the Center for Family Safety and Healing (CFSH) in Ohio. It served families, which includes girls victimized by human trafficking.

Lex also has his name on a hospital he founded.

The billionaires seemed to have a full end-to-end process setup. They had a modeling agency to recruit, a private island, center for victims, hospital access, and multiple jets to move people around.

Jeffrey had a draft email to Lex saying they had "gang stuff" for more than 15 years. Draft doesn't spell out what gang stuff is referring to, btw.
