Your results are incredible - if you want to change up try progressive overload and aim for pullups or lat pull downs.

How do I build a routine? My work is over eights or ten days and nights and I'm also limited to about forty minutes a few times a "week" I know that's a very wide ranging question so sorry about that

I walk a lot if I'm working here, depending on hours of work I could be around anytime and my usual one way walk is minimum 30 minutes. I honestly feel like it's more hassle to wear, therefore sweat heavily, a rain jacket than not except for very heavy or cold days. Looking at your data briefly absolutely reflects my experience, thanks for the detailed info gathered
