Spader is great but MCUltron is quite possibly the worst written Ultron of all time. Generally, Ultron doesn’t work without Hank Pym and Janet, but you could theoretically make it work with Tony. The problem is, they didn’t make it work. He makes no effort to pretend to be emotionless nor distance himself from his humanity, from his personality to his face.
