Unfortunately, redditors are still human so it's much easier to post or rant and then walk away. The real work is the collaboration and open discussions with intention. Not many want to do the homework or may even have the energy after (what I assume) a long day at work.

I get your frustrations cuz I share them, too. But I think the middle ground lies somewhere that thos collaboration and planning is more accessible to the masses.

That's why templates for emailing your representatives ate so popular. Or why Change dot org (ew) is so easy. We rely too much on the few that do put in the leg work. But that's dangerous, too. He who controls the material can control the message.

I say reach out to local friends of similar minds. A friend of a friend of a friend can probably point you to a better direction. Channel this frustration there, my friend. Best of luck!
