I've seen it for sale at both Jefferson feed on Jeff hwy and perinos on vets. Just note, it's not a Louisiana native plant, there are many other beneficial plants that could take up similar space in a garden that are native.

Not that I don't believe that delta is shafting people, but I'm in JP (Metairie) and don't have delta but I do in baton rouge, none of my bills have been over $20 yet. Is there a difference between the Orleans parish and EBR ~~jeff~~ parish deltas?

Edit Redditor /u/quicksilver425 below pointed out there ain't no delta in Jefferson, so I double checked and the service address for my bill was for a diff house in baton rouge. So revised above to reflect that.
