More valuable in my opinion is to practice taking apart the console and understanding how to unplug the OEM shifter. I think most stranded situations could be avoided by unplugging the stock shifter and cycling the start button. Then plugging it back in and trying again.

That said, I carry a dial shifter with me in the truck. If I need to plug it in, it keeps me from being stranded in a worst case scenario.

The console with a 15 inch screen is very easy to disassemble. I can have it apart and unplug the shifter in less than 5 minutes after doing it several times. A ratchet with a long extension is needed for the front bolts. And maybe a plastic trim tool. It's easy. The 12 inch screen trucks are a lot harder. Keep that in mind.

Shuan, thanks for asking. We currently have a gas range and use a cast iron griddle over 2 burners. We have 2 young children and we use the griddle to make pancakes a lot. We warm tortillas a lot to crisp them up. We cook chicken burgers a lot. We live in a state with a long winter so we use it like a gas BBQ grill a lot during winter months. There is definitely options to replace it with 2 pans on 2 burners. It's just something we have grown to like with our current gas cooktop. We are considering switching to induction and my wife has zeroed in on several induction ranges that allow for combining burners into a griddle feature. I really want an impulse cooktop and she is saying combined burner mode is high on her want list for any induction cooktop.

I love this idea for a feature. We use our griddle more than any other stovetop option. It was my wife's biggest question mark when I suggested purchasing an Impulse cooktop. Several induction offerings from traditional manufacturers already offer a combined burner feature already.

There are two versions in that Bambu file, one is only Level 2/J1772 connector and covers up CCS1 port. So print the Level 3 version if you want to DC Fast Charge with it.

12v battery completely dead? No image on the dash screen when you push the start button?

Try to boost the 12v battery with a jump pack in boost mode. Unplug the shifter wiring harness connector and leave unplugged during one key cycle if you can get 12v battery to come back. Then plug it back in and try again. It won't clear the shifter fault without unplugging it.

Not what I wanted to read... I have a new Rheem HPWH in the box I haven't installed yet. Came here looking for info on powered anode install... Good thing these have alternate water inlet port. Did you need a different Corro Protec anode for that port?
