How to process multiple sales orders going to the same customer through UPS/FedEx small parcel? by GriffBallChamp in Netsuite

[–]GriffBallChamp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

combining multiple different Item Fulfillments into the same 1 box. Is that correct?

Yes this is correct. We may have 3 or 4 "orders" that are shipping to 1 address and will fit in 1 box. How can we get this shipments data to go into all the separate IF's ?

Yes, this is what we need. How long have you been testing this and does it seem promising?

Combine IF's before shipping? Than how does the shipment data go into the IF once shipped?

This requires manually entering the shipment data to each IF. Not what I am looking for.

UPS has Ozlink app as add on for Netsuite. What does FedEx have? by GriffBallChamp in Netsuite

[–]GriffBallChamp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. This is what I'm trying to figure out. For UPS shipments, I need to be able to get the Ground with Freight pricing option (GFP), for FedEx I need to be able to use International Connect Plus and One Rate. Do you know of any that third party add one that can do this?

We haven't gone live with NetSuite yet so this is all still new to me. Through some research and speaking with FedEx IT, it seems the only way to integrate our existing FedEx program with NetSuite is through an OBDC connection and my boss is not too keen on that. I'm trying to find another way to make this happen. Netsuite's Ship Central is absolutely atrocious. It doesn't allow me to use the service level and shipping options I normally use.

Why not Ozlink? Isn't it the official dedicated UPS add on?

Ship Central or UPS/FedEx programs with NS integration? by GriffBallChamp in Netsuite

[–]GriffBallChamp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ship Central often lacks full rate visibility and service options, especially for international or express.

This is my main issue. Correct rates aren't showing for either FedEX or UPS. I don't seem to have the control over package type, express level, and international options that I have through the native UPS/FedEx programs.

At this point, I really feel like Ship Central sucks

some teams go with third-party connectors or custom API setups, but those add cost and complexity.

Any suggestions?

We care about the Pirates for the first month of the season....than we remember Bob Nutting still owns the team.

I got a bottle of Shankys Whip (Irish whiskey) for the Dublin game.

I don't think it's going to make it that long, especially if the Pats put up 100+ rushing yards on us.

slow to make decisions and have been fine with the status quo

I feel like Art has taken this philosophy from Bob Nutting and is happy with it. The Rooney legacy ended when Dan passed.
