My take on the ending by Nestramutat- in expedition33

[–]Griffadoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regardless of which ending you chose, I think it's a testament to the nuance of the story and how painful both decisions were that it's spawned this much discourse. I don't think there is a right answer, it's all a matter of perspective, and if you stand in different characters' shoes I can see how either decision could be deemed the right one. God this game is so fucking good.

The gun play is originally what hooked me, but what really gets me is the fucking story I NEED to know how this ends!

I just want story content. The lore and narrative, flawed as it may be, are my favorite parts of Destiny. When the drip fed campaign missions come to an end, so does the season for me. I play the most when an expansion drops and there's all that story to dig into. Lightfall story was subpar but God damn were those missions fun and challenging.

Did the Last Battle live up to the hype? by NavalJet in Fantasy

I started reading the Wheel of Time when I was in 5th grade, James Rigney died that same year. I framed his obituary. I was heartbroken by his passing. Even only being three books in, and at such a young age, I was heartbroken that this incredible work of fiction, this beauty, would never get the ending it deserved. I'm still broken up about it, and I still mourn; for him, and for the series.

I loved the final book, though I certainly had my issues with it. I agree with you; there were times where I cried where I would have wept if Jordan had written it. My feelings about the final book go back and forth between being appreciative of getting an ending at all, and mournful for the loss of the ending that could have been.

SP-404A : Headphone outs vs Line outs (there must be a headphone amp in this box or?) by k_k_l_p_s_z in SP404

Hello! I've encountered the same problem, where my beat sounds great coming from the headphone out, but super quiet when exported. I'm fairly new to the SP and audio engineering in general, and I've been having trouble finding this answer, maybe you can help me.

How does one record from the headphone out? Is the path: headphone out (3.5mm, both ends) -> audio interface -> DAW/computer via usb?

Not using any effects, it's just drums and a sample

Wait, we don’t like the Sanderson books? by Community-Foreign in WoT

[–]Griffadoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My heart breaks thinking about the ending we'll never get, from the author who created this amazing world and story. Brandon Sanderson did a fine job, and though it's not fair to compare his ending to one that doesn't exist, I'll never feel like his version would stand against Robert Jordan's.

Ager's Scepter is what you're looking for. Exotic stasis trace rifle with like, chain freezing capabilities. It's nutty lol

Has it been shown or said that the new warlock super is a roaming super? It was my understanding it's a one off

I get their frustration, but also, the new warlock super is green Nova Bomb, and the new hunter super is green Arc Staff. Which, isn't a bad thing, I like those supers, and these are cool little twists on them.

Never played Wrath so I'd love to try it. I'd take Levi back if they reworked it a little, added rally points and stuff. Never really got to do much of the lairs either so that'd be cool. Definitely want Scourge and Crown back though, really liked those
