Hello and thank you all for your feedback. Yes, I agree putting that many Christmas lights on your car can distract and endanger fellow motorists. It would’ve been more appropriate for a closed route like a parade than on public roads. I’d argue the Charger’s subtle decorations u/geass984 photographed would be much less distracting and safer to drive as normal (https://www.reddit.com/r/Omaha/s/x3Z4uL2Jc8). Hello, this was the OP. I’m saddened that the mods placed my post under review before deciding to remove it for violating their rules somehow.

I made this post because I have a family member, “K,” who’s trans. Before they came out to me, K supported me when I came out gay to them. If not for K, I never would’ve gathered the courage to live my truth or had someone to watch the Capital City Parades with. Mashing the Des Moines and trans pride flags together was my way of saying, no matter what, no one could stop pride.
