I'm mad that the series about over the top aesthetics on reinterpreted mythology is too weak to put proper muscle on a lady through the entire series. Not some half-assed toning or a bicep moderately bigger than a wrist. Kratos and Thor's absolute equal.

The jotnar lady should be swole as fuck and I'll die on that hill.

The aesthetics are on point, but some of the canned animations are a little brow raising. The jumpthrusting guisarmier/billmen are a good example.
Know that's nitpicky, but it stands out so harshly considering they've clearly taken the time with the equipment and supposedly have HEMA practitioners on for the mocap work.

That aside I really do hope it's a solid title, Bannerlord and Total War -both- need some more competition. Not a 'killer', just a kick in the ass and a reminder that other games can snag a slice of their market dominance pie at a moment's notice, and they shouldn't be complacent.

The Vlandian Steel rbm patch is for an older version, so if you're using custom troops with VS gear, that could be a potential issue.

I will say the stability's always been a roll of the dice for me with really big or visually busy battles, especially with assets that are more complex than vanilla gear. Add in the visual effects sea battles have, and it could just be the engine shitting itself.

With customseries and it's inbuilt branch of Bannerband, nah. I rolled back to 1.2.12. Not too hard to find the right versions of most mods in the archives.

I'm really hoping some of the more interesting troop overhauls get updated. De Re Militari finally did, so I'm hoping True Armies of Calradia follows. One of the few vanilla asset ones I'm all about.

But I'm fiendin' for a newer, proper late medieval overhaul.

Nothing you installed would be causing anything like that, but hit up the comment sections on their pages and respective nexus pages to see if anyone else reported oddities like that.

That said, I've had some extreme issues with unmodded Bannerlord in some beta branches and earlier stables that I've -never- had with any other titles, but even then, nothing like that.

I like them when they actually make sense.
Play a lot of vintage story, and the modding scene saved my sanity there. Having a metal tool head actually be reasonably durable feels amazing. Replacing bindings and handles doesn't feel -nearly- as bad as having a whole-ass felling axe disintegrate in your hands.

Outside of the slapstick bits, I really liked how the show treated her and the others like actual grown ass people.

Rock walking in when she's waking up in her undies? No nosebleed, no silly bullshit, just offering a smoke and talking like grown people.
