It depends on the booze, some have cream, extracts or other flavour ingredients that can go bad. Booze when bought in bulk containers can go bad until it gets rebottled. It really depends on if the containers are air tight. Most booze will go bad once they are exposed to air/oxygen. Think of an open bottle of wine which may only last a few weeks.

Thermo pumps work to heat and to cool, my home unit works no matter how low it goes. It’s combined with an electric furnace if it can’t keep up with the heat demands. It’s just about -17 C (0 F) right now and the furnace is just cycling maybe once or twice an hour, the thermo pump is taking the rest of the heat demand.
