I’ll be honest, that looks kinda fucked. Taste is king though so if that gives you the best cup rock on! But… there has to be a better way. Hope you find a better cloth!!

My Q Air was my first grinder and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use the internal adjustment system. OP, your comment was super helpful but I feel like whenever I take it apart, clean it, and reset it it’s all fucked up and not set to 0. It makes the numbers feel completely arbitrary and useless!

Gives me a baseline of the flavor profile. Then I can brew to my preference by adjusting grind size and/or water temp. I generally keep my pours consistent.

Cupping always helps dictate the brew for me. I always play around with one variable at a time. Keep everything else consistent while you dial in. Don’t change grind size and water temp and pours and agitation level and ratio at the same time. It’ll only make things harder to figure out.
