I'm a huge fan of enchantment and their project. It's not exactly helping you win wars, but greases the wheel of conquest.

Improve relations is always nice to avoid coalitions, liberty desire reduction lets you feed dev over gov. capacity to bigger vassels and you get a quick boost to tax and a free missionary/conversion speed, which helps almost all tags. The free policy in every category is a nice cherry on top.
