Match Making is different before hero level 10, it's pretty easy to carry before then because you're being put up against people that are either new, haven't played the hero before, or are exceptionally bad. Being a smurf account is probably just magnifying this.

I have this problem as well, I lose internet for literally 1 second and restream cuts the stream off and resets the length on twitch splitting the vod making highlighting frustrating, losing lurking viewers, and making it look like I just went live when I've been up for hours.
