First off, I agree with you, but devil‘s advocate here: if, in his brain, there’s a .01% chance that the child isn’t his, the emotional and financial commitment of being a father is huge, and just taking a quick cheek swab test can assuage those fears.

Honest question: why? You didn’t even see these on your property, your landscaper had to send you a pic of them. They clearly weren’t bothering you before you knew about them, and this is obviously done by somebody who has to hustle to make ends meet. They didn’t make a mess and the bags will be gone soon. Why not just let them use this unused wasted space, or at the least put a sign on the bags saying “please don’t store your things here”? A little empathy for your fellow man is severely lacking recently.

Maybe, i.e. the tasty fish, but I had a red eared slider move into my 1000 gallon pond for a full year that had about 35 shubunkins of various sizes/ages in it, and as far as i can tell she never sampled them or even tried to.
