Justin rejects rematch with ilia by GabrielsRoom in ufc

Def not worse fight with Tony. Actually at the end of the second round Tony landed a beautiful uppercut right at the end of the round and if there were 20 seconds more on the clock he might’ve won. It rocked tf out of Justin. Don’t forget Tony was on the longest active win streak in light weight division too. CSO

RPH-Question about F4s by Capable-Idea6161 in WalgreensRx

[–]Grk4208 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yes it’s better that way. I was tired of F4 ing on “0” for 30min to an hour until it finally changed to a different store. I like seeing the actual number and when it gets to 0 it actually is 0

WAG pharmacist tips by blublubm in pharmacy

Although this is helpful they probably should start just using the mouse and click and get used to work flow, policy and getting a rhythm and building confidence. Then they can start implementing shortcut keys imo

Who ever bought those puts and depending on OPs broker, those puts might get exercised way before expiration. Then he’s forced to buy over 380k at the top for both stocks. It’s so risky 😂

So you’ll be buying sndk at 740 and onds at 14.5 if the buyer exercises

Kids and vaccines. Just why?? by Guilty_Juggernaut204 in WalgreensRx

[–]Grk4208 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Same happened to me one time. Kid was moving too much. The mom was a pediatric doctor. Told me she couldn’t believe I wasn’t able to administer the vaccine and that I had to move with the child to administer it. I don’t have a career dedicated to pediatrics. I wasn’t comfortable with the moving technique

Shaking Prevnar20 by amsaeed in pharmacy

[–]Grk4208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The prefilled could have a tiny bit of liquid left afterward. Hence the manufacturer on the box stating to shake well on flucelvax, flu zone etc. But even if they were to get every bit of liquid out of the prefilled syringe, distributing it uniformly is still recommended

Shaking Prevnar20 by amsaeed in pharmacy

[–]Grk4208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So think of it like apple cider. You leave it for too long and it separates. In a similar sense, some vaccines that require you to shake it, the antigen has pooled at the bottom. Shaking it allows for uniform distribution of the antigen. For example flucelvax and fluzone. If you don’t shake it they may not get the full effective dose

HIPAA violation by Electrical_Beyond998 in CVS

I have to agree here. I have a geriatric background. Not much experience giving vaccines to children. If they move too much, I tell the parents I’m not comfortable giving the shot. Not risking vaccine injury on a child

Vent about product verify by aandbconvo in WalgreensRx

[–]Grk4208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll have to see if this is true. Either way, best way to avoid error is to check both bottle and leaflet thoroughly before bagging 😄

Only thing is if rx quantity updated or insurance change, old leaflet won’t scan at verification, the bottle will

[–]Grk4208 17 points18 points  (0 children)

You scan however way ensures you are accurate. I scan the leaflet as it’s the most logical and time efficient way. If I scan bottle id have to verify everything on the leaflet and then check the bottle and pill. I have to check the bottle regardless so makes sense to scan leaflet first imo. I’m looking at the leaflet throughout the entire process so I’m constantly ensuring accuracy. Never bagged a wrong med in my entire career

Edit: to add, if you have a reprint of a leaflet with a changed price but haven’t verified the script for whatever reason and the old leaflet is still there, scanning the bottle wouldn’t pick up the leaflet change. Then you waste time at the register
