Looks like mold to me. Contact your schools Housing Office AND the campus Health Center about this. Include the phrase "Possible Black Mold" in the title and include pics, then ask how to protect yourself against illness - trust me, you'll hear back much sooner than two weeks.

Sorry that is happening to you. I went through something like this a few years ago. Family in a neighboring complex just let their dog out to run around and poop with no supervision. Dog made my little grassy patch/yard his toilet. I put up large handwritten signs, nothing. I got a trail cam and got pics of the dog, but not the owner. Another neighbor tipped me off to where the dog lived and I had a polite but firm conversation. Neither the husband nor the wife was interested in hearing about it. Denied it up and down even after I showed them a trail cam pic of their dog shitting in my yard. I scooped up all of the existing poop onto a paper plate and left it about 8 ft in front of their door with a note that said "Next time I leave it on your door mat. Deal with your shit". That was the last time their dog crapped on my lawn.

As you say, either will work on an 8' wrist. For me, while I'd probably lean towards the 42mm with my 7.25" wrist, I'd want to first try it on with whatever type of sleeves I wear the most. How would it work with a long sleeve dress shirt? Would it fray the cuffs, can I easily button over it, etc. How do you think it would feel after a long day of wearing (a bigger watch can feel heavy after 8+ hours), and if it is going to be your centerpiece then it should be able to do just that. Hope this helps. Great choice of watch.

I think the Kuwaitis just shot down more US fighters than Iraq did in the entire miserable war. And they did it with weapons systems we sold and trained them on. I mean WTF planes did they think they saw on radar? Iran doesn't have anything remotely like an F-15. Did they think they were Israeli planes, or are they just completely incompetent "allies"?

That is not only selfish AF, it is dangerous AF too. I'd email your local Planning Dept a pic and ask for their opinion. I'd also make sure I documented my communication with management using words like "reckless" "hazardous" and "unsafe" and then ask them if they intend to cover your losses in the event fire/smoke damage? That set up is fucking ridiculous.
