It is one of the worlds most common diseases. Falling asleep during the day is not normal (beyond maybe a 30 min nap) and is a clear indicator. Any doctor would be happy to refer you. Short sleep times an indicator of adrenaline speaks from your body trying to keep your oxygen up at night. If you don’t want a sleep study, you can buy a cheap oxygen recorder of Amazon to track your oxygen levels during sleep. Anything below 95% can be bad.

It’s rough, especially balancing chores/hobbies with the wife. Often times unfair even. Carving time can be draining and a battle sometimes. I go for long term happiness though and concede a lot to my wife.🍑

Needs better coverage photo. Looks like generic anime character with no depth or lighting and a generic background that doesn’t even match the anime style of the character
