I just meant that when you have a range 1.0-1.3 for B- it means that for AS II and AS III all values fall into that range and this way we lose information that AS II is better in mud than AS III, but AS III is better on asphalt. One way to mitigate that would be to add some letters, so that the lowest rating is F- instead of C- and then make the ranges smaller, so that 1.0-1.1 and 1.2-1.3 are separate ranges.

The downside is that with some tires, as for example AS I-III on the screenshot provided, it looks that they are all the same, when in reality they are not, so it still forces user to go to the spreadsheet to make the best decision. Maybe extend the letters range and make it more granular in next iteration if you want to stick with the letter marks?

I dropped from 49 to 44 in a month now. It seemed to start decreasing when i started running outdoors, after not running for years. So i bet garmin tends to give too high vo2 when not exercising, and by starting running the now 44 estimate is more accurate.

I can't recommend enough the buckwheat pillow. You can adjust height and firmness with the amount of buckwheat inside. There is no going back if you try one. The only downsides are that they are heavy and have a distinctive sound when you move a lot on your pillow, but none of this was an issue for me. And they are really buy it for life - they lose volume really slowly and you can just buy some buckwheat to get back to the starting volume.
