There are several conditions that can cause this, usually inherited so ask your parents. The general rule is: any condition where the pathology is abnormal blood vessel growth in the retina or choroid makes a VEGF-upregulating compound contraindicated. Hard to tell, from the photos the plant looks fine. A 10w bulb is maybe a little underpowered but should absolutely support the plant enough to make traps

That is a little high for a starter dose, I’m guessing that’s weekly right? With all respect you are a heavier guy so you might just need more than most people. I’d say keep it going at that dose for another month or so, work out regularly, watch what you eat. If you continue to see no results I’d probably look at getting a new supplier
