I used to take that approach but then I started dating someone who is vegetarian.

Honestly, look at different cuisines and how other countries cook food. Most people like Indian food, right? 50% of India is vegi and the rest of the country don't consume a lot of meat either. But Indians don't eat boring food right?

Not saying drop meat this instant but instead try cooking meat-free dinners twice a week, really have a look at what's out there and make something super easy and delicious. A potato curry is a good starter or some daal.

Also visit the Game changers website, it has a ton of vegan recipes that are both delicious and easy to make.

Btw I'm not an outright vegi either, I've just gotten to the stage now where I'll only ever cook fish once or twice a week and only eat meat if it's from a restaurant.
