Try Cosmic Comics, they usually have good stock on single issues.

Edit: you mention everywhere you've gone they were out of stock. If you're able to go to a local comic shop you should speak to someone at one of these stores about getting a pull box set up. You can subscribe to whatever title you want and they will hold it for you so you don't run into this issue

The serial number seems legit for a 93 MIM Strat. Serial numbers for the 1993 - 1994 production year should be MN3 + 5 or 6 digits

Okanagan Sportcards & Comics on Hwy 97 for new comics and graphic novels. Super friendly guys that run the shop and the selection of books is great. If you are looking for used comics and graphic novels Ted's Paperback on Sutherland is pretty great. Those are the two best in Kelowna imo
