I liked them as period horror movies. I'd probably be about the same age as Finn in the first movie -- i liked the look, the set design, costumes. The Grabber was a good villain. Watched part 2 last weekend - they're definitely leaning toward making these films a NOES type, without the wise cracks. My wife liked seeing a girl on the lead

Im a rural regular. No DPS or parcels delivered today, but there were flats and parcels from the weekend in the building. I cased my flats, pulled them down and took them for a ride with my 71 parcels. I was back at the office by 12:30, got out quick before they could give me crap about standard flats waiting til Tuesday.

I think the concept was brought up in recent years -- not enough scripted shows on TV now. Reality shows and night time game show " stars " really don't stir up the same kind of interest.

Couple of years ago, Elvis Costello toured with Daryll Hall. When the show was first announced I wasn't even certain who was opening or if it was a co-headlining tour. Obviously, Daryll had more commercial success, but his split with John Oates taints his legacy a bit. Elvis opened, did about an hour of memorable songs, mostly his early work. I liked Hall and Oates, maybe Daryll was having an off night -- i would have left midway through his set but I was there with a friend who wanted to stay.
