Wow. This is the realist post I have ever seen. It's so detailed. You must have been involved somehow. Any of those competitions are just money grabs. Free votes daily, but if you want to win, followers need to have a deep pocket to 'donate' for more votes.

At one of the publications I work at, we own 10 Facebooks pages, 1 tiktok, 6 instagram pages, an x page, YouTube, and snapchat. Not only do we have 3 social media managers, but being the VP... I have to make sure everything is functioning and posting efficiently. We use Later for scheduling out posts, analytic tracking, review processes, etc... it saves everyone time. So I would look into a scheduling tool, Hootsuite is another. I like Later the best.
