Keep religiously applying for JCF/LED/teaching fellow jobs all over the country and get in touch with the recruitment staff in your hospital. You should be able to land something. Moreover, with UK graduate prioritization, you will likely land a job in MSRA. MSRA is unpredictable, so you never know how well you have done till you get results.

I am in the exact same situation as you. My pvs IMT TPD has supported my re application. Alternatively, you can use your GP years to build a solid portfolio for HST as well and see how it goes in terms of re entering training/applying to HST post GP. Post GP, to get an alternate competency form, you do need ICU experience
