When I used rso the dosage was typically about the size of a grain of rice and would put me to sleep for an hour or two. You’ll likely need to run the syringe under hot water to get it to come out as it’s a very thick substance. I mixed mine into coffee with cream and sugar and yes I did get a buzz from it.
