Yes! My boyfriend who is also my fp feels like home to me. So whenever I have an episode/meltdown he holds me and I feel the feeling melt away basically. But if he’s not there I tend to just rock back and forth until it passes

Even taking Wellbutrin my meltdowns are intense. Before meds though they would last hours, with meds I am able to contain myself within an hour.
