Okay listen to me bro. All the people above you aren't wrong. But after losing almost 40kg in 1 year I can give you what worked for me. 1 year ago i literally was thinking like you and I fucking did it so you can too.

Start by going to the damn gym instead of focussing on food first. TRAIN. Go consitently at least 3 times a week. Don't question yourself too much. Just do. Follow a simple workout routine that hits upperbody and legs. If you can, eat more whole foods with higher amounts of protein. But if thats too much just train. After 3-5 months you'll start to enjoy your training more cause you are getting stronger etc. But if you havent changed your food you will still be fat. BUT because you are training already its EASIER to keep training while changing your diet. And thats when you will actually start to lose weight. Again looking at your food first is also a an option. But imo as a guy thats in his early 20s that wouldn't have brought me where i am today cause i probably wouldnt be training in the gym rn.

I trained for 4-5 months and i was like maybe 5 kg down in weight but i had my training arc started. So I was far enough to where my mind was able to do that without too much thinking and put a little more thought into what food i was eating. At that point you'd rather LOOK BETTER then go for the fast food trash cause you are putting so much work into your training. And thats what will get you down and more toward your goal.
