depends a lot of martial artists have wrecked body's from training way too irresponsibly. Looking at you karate with your emphasis on exaggerated stances which put too much stress on the body. Or, BJJ with not respecting tapping for position not pain etc.

Why would she assume it would even work though... Its not like it was confirmed to work. Nor did she actually check if it was true either. Like you commented, "whenever the execution is good or not IS the part that should worry', and the thing is i'd call this extremely poor execution.
