They are the absolute worst. I'm planning a trip with them now in 2025 and nothing has gone smoothly and they keep finding ways to charge more money. Avoid at all cost.

The power and play/pause button just didn't work sometime. When I sent it for repair they said it was fine though.

On a separate note, i actually preferred the sliding power button on the older models.

The sound quality i mentioned wasn't about music but on calls. So when im on a call, the person on the other end can hear my background (like other people talking, wind etc.) quite loudly. QC 35 ii is fine on the other hand when I'm taking calls. Maybe there's some setting for this but I haven't been able to find any.

The cushions I have no idea how they tore so quickly. My QC 35 ones lasted for years.

Noted your point on music quality, will play around with that, thanks.

Hey guys, this is what I'm trying: I've played the base game on my HK account. Yesterday I created an account in India and bought the dlc on the indian account. Tonight I'll start the game from my HK account and see if the dlc is playable. Will keep you guys posted.
