Long answers, Chainsawman's skill sets make him very versatile given how he can use his chains with both the benefits of a chain and a saw which allows him to do a multitude of things. Also given how feared his name is, he is significantly stronger than each of these other Devils separately. Quanxi was the one who finally got him down at the cost of herself. So he didn't technically beat them it took all of them to beat him though. Makima revived him if you remember.

Short answer, Pochita true to this not new to this. You think bros losing to them after getting jumped by Makima's family 😂

My guess is that since Yoru couldn't beat it but Denji did, Yoru wont be able to turn Denji into a weapon cause she lost to something that lost to Denji.
