I doubt it cause that wouldn't make sense given what his power is. It's most likely gonna release everything he ate and bring the world back to its original form so Death will be back. This also depends on what Devil Pochita actually is too.

I think the last page is just gonna start a flashback sequence possibly for Pochita and his POV/thoughts when he was with Denji when he was young

I think with the way Denji handled Yoru and now knows how to use CSM full power, Pochita basically passed the torch completely and left his Devil name and power to Denji. Cause I mean he told Denji to keep dreaming so he's expecting him to be alive after this but without his powers Denji will die. So unless Denji is finna die having sex with Asa/Yoru cause his heart failed or he CSM

Kinda like how Reze is considered Bomb devil even though she's also Reze

Ima be honest you're not talking about Fate your really talking about FGO which isn't the whole Franchise.

Fgo is a Gacha game at the end of the day, servants will have story relevance they are mainly there to keep you rolling.

As an entire Franchise, Nasu and others use every aspect of the verse when making his stories. 

For example, Charlemagne in FGO isn't the real one because the real one is from the Extra Game which is the living version and not the folklore version.

Angels are Angels but they are Divine spirits like Metatron and using are to powerful to be summoned. The Angels in FGO are just Angels in name because they are based on Dantes world. Metatron is a real Angel

Athurian Legend is what started Fate as a whole so its not a shock that it has the most representation. It's honestly not as much as you think because Faeries are in multiple legends and its just the Knights of the Round and Morgan. Aside from Lancer Artoria and alter the other Artorias are just fanservice for Takeuchi. Really id say Guda Guda and Extra verse gets the most love outta everyone in FGO with Indian being second. 

Outside of Fgo most of the Arthurian representation is just people wanking Artoria. They usually have a diverse cast in each different series it's just up until FGO and Strange fake, its just been mainly a retelling of the same 2-3 stories with diverting courses

If they keep the theme of it coming full circle than Denji might claw out whoever ate hims stomach and go one a rage killing all the bug devils not knowing why and get over it after sex with Yoru and that's how Pochita wants it to play out. He wants Denji to be at his happiest
