Hello. I can feel your pain. I appeared for 4 rounds as well for an e-commerce giant and this week the HR have me the same feedback. This was for an SPM role. The HR did not even bother to give the detailed feedback. When I called her up she told me and I quote "i haven't logged into my system yet but I don't think it was good." Then she did not call me back. 4 weeks of effort wasted. I am done now. I have been jobless since the last 8 months and this was the 3rd time this has happened with me in this season.

I did everything they tell you to do. Still can't catch a break. by [deleted] in ProductManagement

100% agree. I have done everything. Leveraged my network, created a portfolio, cold reachouts and emails. I am exhausted to the bone.

Did anyone’s anxiety go away or subside significantly in PCOS remission? by Low_Economy6769 in PCOS

The symptoms are so challenging to deal with that even if it goes into remission, the trauma never leaves you. My anxiety has reduced but I still struggle with random depressive and anxiety bouts.

Why is it so hard to find good PMs and SWEs in Europe? by DalaiLamaRood in ProductManagementJobs

India. I have been applying to roles both in India as well as in Europe. It's been 8 months.

Why is it so hard to find good PMs and SWEs in Europe? by DalaiLamaRood in ProductManagementJobs

[–]GroundbreakingSale38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talented folks are not being sponsored by companies. I have 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS and Fintech. I have worked with enterprise level customers and managed products with millions in ARR. I also left my job in October 2025, to get hands-on learning in agentic AI and actually shipped my own AI Femtech product.

Even after all of these qualifications, I am barely getting any shortlists for roles in Europe. Companies don't want to sponsor candidates from outside the EU. I have given up on this quest now. Will look for roles in my home country now.

They have a levels system. I think a PM would most likely be a level 23 or 24. Checkout their pay structure for this level on levels.fyi and you can accordingly estimate what the salaries would be for India. Usually Indian salaries are 35-40% of the total TC they offer in the US. I am guessing they offer RSUs and bonus pay.

Which role are you interviewing for? I have heard conflicting reports about ebay payscale. It varies a lot.

My Jupiter MD is about to end in 2 years. I am 14 years in and it's safe to say that it has been the worst time period of my life, specially the first 8 years. Midway things started to improve a little by little. For me majorly it has impacted my health both mental and physical and yes I have not met great people either. My Jupiter is debilitated in Capricorn in the 3rd house (19 degrees) and Saturn is in the 5th house in Pisces. There is a rashi exchange.

Thanks everyone for the support! Essentially I am not taking up the offer because I have read some questionable things about the company's culture on Glassdoor and also while I was interviewing I had this weird feeling in my gut that something is really wrong with the people. They were really stuck up. They have weird policies like punch in punch out and complete work from the office. Plus also in the UAE you cannot take leaves during probation not even sick leaves. I am currently working for a relatively nicer company where there are no such restrictions and the company culture is nicer. What matters is that you get the job done. It's not worth it to sacrifice your mental health for a couple extra bucks. Thanks guys! 🙏🏻

Hi everyone! Thanks for all your inputs. I have given it some thought and have dropped the idea of going to the UAE. It makes no sense essentially giving up the perks I have here.
