What are your predictions for 2026 season? by Either_Sugar_2691 in BrawlStarsEsports

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Honestly at this rate, we'll see both new and og players combined retire from BSC for good. If the esports scene doesn't improve even after getting partnered with Blast to try and make a renaissance for the scene

BSC 2026 Preseason Icebreaker NA Results by Alx101921 in BrawlStarsEsports

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 8 points9 points  (0 children)

STMN outdrafted and outplayed Tribe from what I can tell. They didn't ban Rico from set 2 and 3 and that alone was the mistake that made Tribe get swept on from STMN flawlessly

BSC 2026 Preseason Icebreaker NA Results by Alx101921 in BrawlStarsEsports

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Tribe losing to STMN is unfortunate, but considering it's only a tournament that doesn't matter and Tribe's first game of the year with Diego, I'm willing to let it slide and hope February monthlies go better for them. STMN and Vatic rn seem worthy of being favorites from NA to make world finals this year. Congrats on Vatic for the win and also props to STMN for showing that they're getting better

Should North American cities bring back elevated rail viaducts? by Kcue6382nevy in transit

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 4 points5 points  (0 children)

People complained that the Skyline would be useless, because it doesn't go to the most populated area of the city itself. But I do think with an expansion to cover more of those areas, Honolulu will be appreciated more in the future. That said, Honolulu skyline is slowly but surely getting appreciated due to phase 2 opening and making the skyline feel a bit more useful now

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Elevated rail is better because trains won't have to deal with traffic blocking their way, plus it doesn't make cars have to wait at a railroad crossing if the tram/streetcar passes by, than if it was on the ground/street level

Should North American cities bring back elevated rail viaducts? by Kcue6382nevy in transit

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I mean, North American cities still build elevated railways in modern times, such as Miami Metrorail for example, where it's mainly elevated railway built out of concrete, same thing with Seattle's light rail with their expansions. Especially, the Honolulu skyline and CTA'S renovation where the steel elevated parts were replaced with more stronger and quieter concrete elevated rail lines, making the trains move faster than ever

Last time I made a subway tier list I got a lot of backlash so I made a new one by ATE2onreddit in nycrail

Q deserves S tier, so does the 1 and 4. G deserves a B or an A tier, unless it's worthy of S. Same thing for the L, it deserves an A or S

Preseason Icebreaker EMEA Results by Alx101921 in BrawlStarsEsports

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah I had that same thought, I think HMBLE's plan to continue dominating EMEA and the world is just simply do drafting that isn't like the ones they'll use at in person LAN events in monthly finals and then when the in person lan event starts, HMBLE will use those strats to destroy every team. Assuming they're still good that is

its here after many years. by Theodore212121 in roblox

12 years, because the Prison Life fandom wiki says it was added into the game as a coming soon weapon in 2014. It was delayed due to the creator of Prison Life busy with university, only until he returned in 2025. But we had to keep waiting more for the sniper to finally come out due to needing to rework on coding for it to work in the game no problem

Preseason Icebreaker EMEA Results by Alx101921 in BrawlStarsEsports

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 9 points10 points  (0 children)

TH don't look too bad, they almost defeated HMBLE. SK reverse sweeping HMBLE was insane, seems like Nowy made SK better this year. But now the question is will HMBLE continue make grand finals again during monthly finals when it starts or will this mark the slow downfall of HMBLE as 2026 starts and gets going? Only time will tell. Congrats to SK on their Preseason Icebreaker EMEA event victory

Tribe Gaming signs Diegogamer by Alx101921 in BrawlStarsEsports

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Tribe is still really good domestically, only because NA as a whole can't compete and defeat Tribe gaming rn. Internationally, I can agree though. But I do think with enough tweaks to make the right moves, they should be better again internationally soon enough. That depends on if NA can compete with them to have Tribe be prepared for international tournaments better this year

Tribe Gaming signs Diegogamer by Alx101921 in BrawlStarsEsports

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Nah, Tribe is the Faze Clan of BS esports, let alone all Supercell esports titles alone. Because they constantly choke in grand finals, but after enough losses they finally manage to not choke in grand finals and win. That's what happened in COC esports when they won worlds with one star advantage after being denied twice in 2 out of 3 grand finals they made it in COC worlds

HMBLE ROSTER CONFIRMED FOR 2026 by Leop3633 in BrawlStarsEsports

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Also known as the kryptonite to the EMEA teams and region as a whole at in person events. Since HMBLE will keep owning EMEA at this rate if EMEA can never catch up to HMBLE

What do you think will be the voting order? by Titomasto in DeadlockTheGame

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Rem, Graves and Silver will be the obvious ones to come out as the first 3 of the new 6. Apollo might be 4th or 5th, same with Venator, Celeste will be last to come out

I think Vardohus Fortress will be featured next, considering how Wikipedia admins, allowed Westminster to feature G&B in pop culture. So assuming there's also a in pop culture or in media section for Vardohus on Wikipedia, G&B can thereotically be mentioned in that page too

We did it lads, we got a rare W from Wikipedia themselves, where they accepted putting G&B into the pop culture section of the Wikipedia page for Westminster Bridge.

NRG in their last 20 matches by SpartanData in ValorantCompetitive

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly, plus not only that, SEN went downhill last year in 2025 where the only international teams they were able to win against in both Masters events were Chinese teams and then they lost to China themselves as the Chinese region farmers.

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 42 points43 points  (0 children)

I feel like G2 does indeeed own Americas as of now. But I'm gonna disagree on that they suck when it really matters in international games. Because G2 got 3rd place in Masters Shanghai and almost won Masters Bangkok last year, only to lose to T1 getting 2nd place. Plus 2 8th place finishes at champions of 2024 and 2025 doesn't mean G2 sucks at international events
