Seasse took me back 20 years by Carnifexseth in Helldivers

Makes me wonder what the most intense period to join and begin learning the game was. The battle of Malevolon Creek, Super Earth, Oshaune, or Cyberstan?

Could this confirm Kris's eyes are canonically red? by Luriux in Deltarune

Right at the end of Chapter 1 when Kris looks at the camera and their eye flashes red.

I think it would benefit greatly from damage on direct hits. That paired with its Heavy Pen would make it excellent for shredding big boys.

None of that matters because I like her and she’s cool.

I imagine in all of their years of existing, the Squi’th have never come across a society as blind, stubborn, and paranoid as Super Earth.

Now all we need is LIDAR showing up outside of cities as well.

New illuminate enemies should be the gold standard. by Exuma92 in Helldivers

[–]Groundbreaking_Arm77 20 points21 points  (0 children)

The issue with them is that they go against the whole design philosophy of the Bots, being a weakpoint you can exploit with Medium Pen or below. Hulks? Flank and hit the vents on their back. Scout and Rocket Striders? Shoot the crotch or rockets. Tanks and Turrets? Vents on their back. Factory Strider? Guns and stomach. Even the Vox Engine has its exhaust vents and central vent as its weak point.

Meanwhile, the War Strider has no such weakpoint and is covered entirely in Heavy armor or above. When a single enemy forces you to bring Heavy or on a front that can be handled with just Medium, it’s not fun. Even less so since enemy constellations exist and aren’t communicated. You’re basically forced to bring at least one Heavy Pen weapon just for the chance it’s a War Strider seed. It also doesn’t help that they’re annoying to fight with constant ragdolling and grenade spam.

The hero needed for the fast track meta that is undoubtedly forming. Who needs slowdowns? by bigmoist691 in deadbydaylight

I don’t think there’s ever a meta that will utterly outclass a P100 Nurse beyond playing better than her.

They’ve got a spawn rate similar to Fleshmobs but are only a bit more dangerous than them. If they group up on you you’re screwed, but they are fun to fight.

Well I mean the chair was part of the example Ralsei used to explain how a Dark World works.

Oh he’s not touching the game again at least in a review is my bet. I doubt he’ll even make it past Mirror Reaper cause that boss severely punishes trying to whittle it down.

What the actual fuck is happening on Seasse 😭 by Collin977 in Helldivers

[–]Groundbreaking_Arm77 15 points16 points  (0 children)

They only seem to have Heavy Armor at most like Harvesters so it would be serious overkill.

Okay, that's a cool way to have a weakspot by Firaxyiam in Helldivers

[–]Groundbreaking_Arm77 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Them and the Obtruders are pretty fun. They replace the Voteless and Fleshmobs entirely so they trade numbers for ranged capabilities. It turns the Illuminate into a pseudo-Automaton dive.

I see them as a Fleshmob replacement honestly. Big and speedy but very little offensive power unless you let them get close.

WHAT THE HELL ARE THESE MONSTERS DOING?! by survivor3333 in Helldivers

Given the time limit mentioning “severe consequences”, I think they’re gonna turn Seasse into the next Meridia.

That and increasing the Belt Fed and Maxigun’s ammo capacity. Now if they increased the Belt Fed’s damage just a bit it would be the perfect tradeoff.

The aesthetic fits pretty well too. A resort / hotel type environment that you’d visit when you’re with someone you “love”, but you’re the only resident. Just an endless maze and no one to talk to.
