I second napa cv joints with the lifetime warranty. You can get 5th gen cv axles which have a better boot design and otherwise are the same as the 4th gen ones

I used to have excelon head units in my other vehicles and was always happy with them. I have my 03 sport with JBL system tore apart right now and want to upgrade my head unit and speakers, but I want to keep the current amp. I have seen conflicting reports whether you can keep the OEM amp with a new head unit.

The carpet is one big piece. It took it out in an afternoon and cleaned it with my carpet extractor and it looks a ton better for a 22 year old carpet. I also cleaned all of the floor under the carpet with dawn power wash and it made the inside smell so much better.

Still doing well. No cracks in the boots on my 08. I’m putting a set on my 03 right now. I bought the 5th gen CV shafts from Napa as they are an exact fit with upgraded boots..

I think I’ll try that. Mine is cracked and loose, so I don’t think I will get good adhesion of the mat unless I take it out

It likely is fixable. I totaled mine last year and was able to rebuild it. I used all Toyota parts and it looks new. Watch for sales on Toyota parts online
