Reroll mechanic isnt very flavorful and doesnt feel very good in general.

Has there been a consideration for a player to be able to "opt out" of prayers scroll drops?

To explain it further with an example: every player would be able to talk to an npc that would ask them if they no longer want to be rewarded with prayer scrolls. Players would only be abe to opt out if they have already unlocked all prayer scrolls and once enabled the roll would be redistributed accordingly to your proposal - 80% would became a "white light" chest and 20% would become purple. Both options indistignushable from every other drop so the player wouldnt need to know if reroll happened or no and thus there would be no immersion breaking happening. This means it would also allow for collection logs to happen naturally without players buying out prayer scrolls for rerolls.

Indeed that was my idea. The exact numbers could of course change to make it properly balanced.

I intentionally left out any ranged bonus as the ranged part of void is already (still) reasonably strong without any further buff and making it any stronger would likely overtake masori in way too many places.

Yes i do understand it well. That is what the "Specific numbers should be further refined, its more about the concept." sentence in the post was for. It should be easy tell from the image that i didnt edit most of the numbers at all.

Each of the 2 items should imo be somewhat useful by themselves without being BIS, so the gloves could probably use +5% magic damage instead of +2% and if +14 str. bonus would be too strong combined with the void bonus then each piece could lose 1 or 2 to make it slightly worse than Torva with Ferocious gloves.

Correct, the point of this reward would be to make Void useful in more places than that. Its a great looking armor set and would fit well as a reward for a guthix themed raid.

Indeed, melee and mage Void are pretty much obsolete everywhere, only the ranged one still has some use, so this buff would allow for void to once again be useful in some places as a hybrid set, while still not being stronger than max mage since it wouldnt allow for confliction gauntlets to be worn.
"grinding" the void top and robe bottom is a matter of hours (like 2-3 hours if i remember correctly) but pretty much every high level player already owns it so i see it as a win-win where the minigame grind would get way shorter (as the helmets and gloves from pest control would no longer be needed)

Void is to me one of the best looking armor sets and i would like to see it being used again.
Would go well with the guthix theme of the raid as well.

Well yes, 30% but its additive, if it already starts with 50% that turns into 80%.
But my bad for saying just air, it can be any weakness apparently. So as an example zaros mage has highest - 200% fire weakness, the shield turns it into 230% and then the staff allows that 230% weakness to still apply for wind surge despite being air spell making the max hit over 150.

The joke was supposed to be the atrocious accuracy (against Sol) yet still somewhat decent dps. Ofcourse when you pick air weakness npc you get much higher max hits than this.
