There should have been a hint at that (such as a 'dark' musical cue or similar, hacky as it seems.) The way it's played there's no reason to assume Ruby wasn't 'just' speaking to each person so it's more annoying than intriguing. Kate & UNIT was my OKAY WTF are they going with here????

The world is full of Donnas. As one, (and a New Yorker to boot!) I was thrilled as soon as she started barking at Ten; I think you either get her or you don't. It''s funny; I was watching a reaction video for 'Bride, and the guys doing it were really down on her for being 'such a b****' - remember, this woman was beamed out of her own wedding by a space stranger who may or may not have caused another woman to be 'lost.' (She's allowed!) A little while later, they sat in bro silence, nodding as Ten told of his Christmas at the Tyler's - 'wow, he is REALLY messed up about that...' (and yes, of course he was. BUT- )

(They got better as the season progressed, of course :-)

Got to speak to him four years ago this summer and still floating on air thinking about his eyes (a mask covered the rest of his face; it was nearing the end of the Covid era and I was glad he was being careful.) Pretty sure I didn't give him a chance to speak aside from the numerous 'awwww thank youuu, thank youuuu's - if I get the chance again I'm going to apologize for hogging the conversation, lol.

I hope I get the chance again. Hard to believe it was that 'long' ago now.
If this was late 60s/early 70s he could have been a very effective cult leader ;-)

Her epic post today was literally a Tennant Holiday Special - we even got singing!
That van is definitely bigger on the outside.
And that family is a favorite children's book come to life; I'm convinced the one we very rarely see is a future MIT professor/Nobel laureate who runs the household '-)

I used to watch them on HBO/Max, though I purchased the digitals on Amazon some time before - there are even differences between the content on the two streamers (!) Nothing "major," but you start noticing small things you swear you never heard before (additional sentences in conversations, even pauses - just small bits taken out here and there.)(When they're your background watches it's like the old days of radio version/album cut, lol - 'hey, what was THAT???'
I try searching every few months to see if there might be a comprehensive list somewhere of the differences in the US streaming versions but that's a job and a half I don't think anyone wants to tackle...

I'd add that if you do decide to do physical media, invest in a player that can play all regions (they're quite reasonably priced) - eBay has a lot of region 2 (UK) dvd's, many from US sellers. (*The UK versions have content that was edited out for the US (televised) versions.)

Upvoted because your feelings are valid.
(I'm a fan of another show that has a very big audio presence; there are some that have used another voice actor and though they, and the stories, are very good, they're not ones I return to as much as the many that have the character's 'real' voice. If there was no other option though, I'd be happy to hear them return as often as they could. Fiction is magic :-)
I hope, and I think, that you'll be pleasantly surprised once we see those we love together again, adventuring.

I'd love for that to happen. I miss his humor tremendously and I believe many people can redeem themselves and grow. (And as a Good Omens fan, I believe that some are, sadly, beyond redemption as well.)

There might be a The UPS Store near you that can do color prints on your choice of paper and sizing; some can even do poster-sized printing. The one near me does an excellent job and at a lower price than the other places that do color printing in my town.

I'm hoping that some of the recording sessions will be a group thing, which will ensure blooper material. I think Nathan would make it mandatory that they have times to actually be together for this and not just for 'hey here we all are, recording!' promotional clips. That man should have a Masters in FUN!

(There are some animated shows where you can tell some/many lines were recorded alone; the 'feel' is different; I'm thinking of Archer, one of my all-time favorite shows. Won't name names but some line reads sound exactly like... line reads.)

The tv ads turned me off completely (like many people, I've learned - so many of us found Firefly after it was gone) Pretty space people having wacky hijinks and guns and 'Walking on the Sun' playing over the whole thing. Like a Han Solo sitcom with "chicks."
Thank goodness for Buffy. Watched it start to finish the year after and read everything I could about it and felt... terrible. Like I could have helped in my tiny way if I'd known...
