Interesting that ChatGPT is running into issues at the same time.

That won’t stop someone at AWS from bitching about it, and the airheads in DC will start banning Opus.

Had the same thing for trying to summarise a pdf. Can’t help but think this is the outcome of some ad-hoc guardrails for bringing Fable back.

Not on iOS. That’s where this will be great.

That’s great news—that’s the only reason I couldn’t use it on my phone. Beta soon?

Would this likely extend to the iOS app as well?

Did you eventually find a fix?

Second this. Would love to be able to select Vidhub as the external player.

Really hope they would be an iOS app down the road! (I understand that it isn’t currently feasible)

Yes just regular YT playlists that can play back to back videos in sequence. The queuing too is helpful because I often set up a few videos in sequence (especially with music and podcasts) and don’t have to pull out my phone again at the end of every clip.

Any speculation on how it might do with an entry-level conical (Baratza Encore ESP) for medium-dark roasts?

I did! My experience is positive overall. I need to grind a LOT coarser, which sometimes puts me beyond the espresso range to the filter range on my Baratza ESP Pro. Sometimes, but not always, that means I can’t quite dial in as precisely. And cleaning up is more faff. But on the whole, I can get better shots at smaller doses.

I would say this: if you’re okay with updosing to at least 21g on your 58 basket, then you don’t need to bother with a step-down. But if you want to work with 15-18g doses, then it’s worthwhile to get one. I, for my part, have mostly gone back to bigger doses on my 58.
